Can fix bikes relatively quickly its parking lot could use some work but its a Local owned shop.
The owner is really unfriendly, whicheck wouldn't be a problem is the service wasn't terrible. Took my bike in to have a spoke replaced and wheel trued. When I got it back I rode it around the block, and the tire went flat. Then I noticed one of the spokes was in backwards. When I termed it to the shop to give them the opportunity to make it right they acted like nothing was wrong. Then when I picked it up the second time that had lost my aluminum valve caps, which wasn't a huge deal but then instead of giving me a set he said I could order new ones and bring him the receipt, making it entirely my responsibility to fix their problem. I'm a local person and I hate that there are no other shops on dixie. I'll never be back and I tell everybody I know not to go there.
He may not need money, or care how his business is perceived.
I try to support businesses in my area, but he will not be getting my money.
Needed a small tube for my jogger stroller replaced and the owner was very friendly and courteous. The price was cheaper than expected. Will return!
We decided to run an errand and then return. At 1:50, we pulled back in and the store was closed again.
I know the owner came, because his picture is on facebook. Evidently, he does this often. Other reviews were similar.
I took my bike up there over three weeks ago to get a tire changed and the owner told me the tires were on order and would be in soon. Went in a week later, bike hadn't moved said he was still waiting on tires and he would call me. Still haven't heard anything and every time I ride by he is closed. Definitely doesn't go by hours listed!!
Hours posted, but owner doesn't follow them. It is posted Monday-Friday , 1:00-6:00. At 1:22, we gave up, and as we were pulling out of the parking lot, the owner pulled in.
