Update...They are back to 5am... I guess they have staff that want to work early now. (And I still don't order a doughnut... I just gave up.
When this location first opened it was great for months. My last two visits i find myself waiting in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes with no other customers in front of me. Both times i had to ask for straws. I'm guessing they got new employees.
Mediocre, the sandwiches (Angus bagel and the BEC bagel) were flavorless. The chocolate creme filled donut was ok, it seemed more like a chocolate frosting filled. I have never had creme filled like that it was solid when bitten into, like frosting. It wasn't fluffy like normal creme. Doubt I will be back, sadly Thornton ls across the strest has better sandwiches and donuts.
I go here almost every morning and Ryan seems to be the one always there he's super nice and fast he has me on my way by the time I get to the window other times when he's not there I have to wait but if you go on a day he's there you'll have amazing drinks and food that look amazing sometimes though I have to ask what days he's off so I know not to go cause the other people mess my order up and make me wait but they are all friendly there and will fix any mistake made so if you ever want to go to Dunkin go to dixie hwy location!!
They went to "winter hours" so they open at 6am instead of 5am. I'm not sure why they thought it being winter meant that everyone goes to work an hour later, I know that my job doesn't change its hours that staff have to report because it's colder outside. Last time I did go in the woman working was the only one there. She said her staff didn't come in. And from the beginning when I ordered a particular doughnut they only got it right 50% of the time, generally with a discussion of what I wanted. I called it what it was called on the menu and I would always get something different. So I just stopped ordering a doughnut.
Was a nice place to get out of the cold and eat some donut holes.
